Community Club Carnival

This annual, end of year celebration will be taking place on Friday, May 10, from 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., at the Collegewood upper grade playground. There will be lots of fun for everyone!

 

Free admission! What more can you ask for? Awesome game booths, exciting live entertainment, and a magnificent raffle booth! Help create exquisite raffle baskets by donating products to fill them. Please see attached Raffle Baskets flyer.

 

This year’s carnival Cake Walk will highlight the Bake-off, where Collegewood’s best bakers will be able to show us their delectable baked creations. It’s not too late to join in the fun! Participate by submitting any of the following home baked items: cake, cake pops, cupcakes, cookies or brownies. Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in the Collegewood Bake-off…WE NEED BAKED GOOD DONATIONS …students may also participate in the Bake-off by donating store bought baked goods…these products will be judged separately from the home baked goods. All entries will be considered “donations”  for the Cake Walk. Please see attached Bake-Off flyer for more details and  complete rules.

 

Also new to the carnival this year is the Rolling Video Games Truck and the Photo Booth. That’s right, play video games in a HUGE trailer truck, then go get  your picture taken!

 

The fabulous food trucks that will be rolling in for this big event are: FIST OF FUSION, LOMO ARIGATO, ‘slummin’ gourmet’, and Waffles de Liege. See attached Food Trucks flyer for more info regarding these food trucks.

 

Food trucks will accept cash only. Tickets for raffle baskets, game booths, Photo Booth, Rolling Video Games, and Cake Walk will be sold at the carnival. Tickets will also be available for sale, at a discount through Friday, May 3. See attached Ticket flyer for more info.
