Dear Collegewood Families,
Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer. As we prepare for another exciting year at Collegewood Elementary, we ask that all families complete their annual Aeries Data Confirmation before attending registration. Data Confirmation ensures that we have the most up-to-date contact, address, emergency, and health information for your child. This process is required for all returning and new students every school year.
The Aeries Parent Portal will open for Data Confirmation on July 1, 2026.
Once your Data Confirmation has been completed, please save, print, or take a screenshot of the confirmation page and bring it with you to one of our registration days. Proof of completed Data Confirmation is required to receive your child's teacher assignment.
How to Complete Data Confirmation
Step 1 – Log in to the Aeries Parent Portal
Visit https://parents.wvusd.k12.ca.us/aeries.net and sign in using the primary email address associated with your child's account.
- If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?"
- If you need to create a new account, select "Parent" and use the primary email address on file with the school.
- If you are prompted for a verification code, you are likely using an email address that is not on file with the district.
Families new to Collegewood should use the email address provided during the enrollment process.
Step 2 – Complete Data Confirmation
After logging in, you will see a yellow notification indicating that Student Data Confirmation has not yet been completed.
You may also access it by selecting Student Information → Data Confirmation.
Please carefully review and update all information, including:
- Student information
- Parent/guardian information
- Emergency contacts
- Medical and health information
Be sure to click "Confirm & Continue" after each page until you reach the final confirmation page.
Step 3 – Submit Your Information
After selecting "Finish & Submit," you will see the message:
"Thank you for confirming the student data in the system."
Please save, print, or take a screenshot of this confirmation page and bring it with you to registration. This confirmation is required before you receive your child's teacher assignment.
